Join Cuidiú Dublin South East for a range of events this November 2024. Our events are to support parents and expectant parents across Dublin South East with the demands of parenting through hosting coffee mornings, play groups and parent support evenings. This events take place across the region and online over the course of November 2024.

Foxrock Playgroup – Fridays 10am-12pm

Playgroup is taking place in Foxrock Pastoral Centre on Friday November 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. There will be no Playgroup on the 1st due to mid-term. Cost: €4 for members, €7 for non-members.

Expert Talk – 14th November

How to talk to Kids so that Kids will Listen, led by Catherine Wells, Behaviour Psychologist. Find out more about the expert talk.

Online Bumps, Babes and Beyond – Tuesday 26th November

Parents, expectant parents, babies, toddlers and children of all ages are welcome to meet and chat. Tuesday 26th November, 8 – 10pm

Thursday morning Support Meetings 10a.m. – 12p.m. including:

Breastfeeding Support Meeting: Make friends and chat. Everyone welcome, whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding, chestfeeding, combination feeding or pumping. Breastfeeding Counsellors will be in attendance.

  • Thursday 21st November, Sandycove

Bumps & Babes Support Meeting: Expectant parents, parents and babies welcome. Make friends and ask questions in a supportive setting. Some venues are also suitable for toddlers (check with the host).

Expert Talk: How to talk to Kids so that Kids will Listen

Looking to improve communication with your kids?

Join us for an interactive session on “How to Talk to Kids So That Kids Will Listen.” Catherine Wells, Behaviour Psychologist and former Cuidiú president, volunteers her expertise to share practical tools to foster better understanding, cooperation, and stronger connections with children of all ages.

€4 for Cuidiú members

€8 for non members

Foxrock Playgroup – Fridays 10am-12pm

Playgroup is taking place  in Foxrock Pastoral Centre each Friday in October. A special Halloween themed playgroup will take place on Friday the 25th October. Cost: €4 for members, €7 for non-members.

Bí ag spraoi –  Saturday 19th October

Share the Irish language with each other and our children at this toddler and pre-schooler friendly event in Donnybrook (2pm – 4pm). Suggested donation of €2 for members and €4 for non members.

Halloween Party – Sunday 27th October

Join us for a Halloween Party on Sunday 27th October, 10am – 12pm, Dun Laoghaire. There will be Halloween themed arts and crafts, stories, songs and toys. Fancy dress encouraged! Aimed at toddlers and pre-schoolers. Tickets are limited.
