Breastfeeding counsellors are present at breastfeeding support evenings and mornings for a chat, support and information in a welcoming and friendly environment.
Cuidiú Dublin South East has partnered by with Siobhan Butler of “First Aid for Everyone” to bring you a three hour intensive course, specially designed for parents and carers of young children. Two instructors will be there to teach the course.
The next 4-week course baby massage course starts Tuesday 24th January 2017. Classes run on Tues morning , 11am to 12.30 pm.
Low rate of €60 for Cuidiu members refundable on most private health insurance schemes.
Classes are run by Anne Marie O’Dowd. Anne Marie is a qualified Instructor in Infant Massage, accredited to International Association of Infant Massage(IAIM) through Baby Massage Ireland.

Cuidiú Dublin South East is delighted to announce the return of this ever popular Breastfeeding Workshop ´Breastfeeding your growing Baby“ as part of our events for National Breastfeeding Week 2016.
Lactation Consultant & Cuidiú Breastfeeding Counsellor, Liz McGovern (IBCLC) will facilitate this workshop, supporting breastfeeding mums to understand and enjoy their breastfeeding journey.
The workshops will cover some common breastfeeding topics and will allow time for Questions & Answers
• Understanding changes in babies breastfeeding and sleep patterns as they grow.
• Combining breastfeeding and returning to work.
• Using pumps and storing breastmilk
The fee for this course is €10 for Cuidiu members, €15 for non-members, to include tea/coffee.
